Question about eye primer / concealer / cream. Please help.?

First I'm only 25 and I'm desperate to get rid of these lines under the eyes and pockets it. As I look tired all the time. Any eye cream or concealer ideas? This will not only focus on the lines. I tried lots of things and nothing seems to work. Please help!
